I joined Clearwater in 2018 and helped many owner/directors and private equity parties with buy and especially sell side mandates since. I very much enjoy being involved in the strategic development of a company over a longer period, helping the client reach their strategic goals. The independent and long-term oriented approach distinguishes Clearwater from other advisers. Before Clearwater, I spent 10 years at ING as MD and Global Head, within the corporate finance department. Prior to this, I gained M&A experience at Bank of America, after starting my career in a consultancy role at KPMG. I studied economics in Amsterdam followed by an MBA, with a specialisation in finance and strategy, from London Business School.
