The Clearwater team has advised Bernard Houche on the sale of OK Job SA, one of the largest independent staffing service providers in Switzerland, to Group CRIT, a leading international provider of staffing services.
With this transaction, Groupe CRIT is acquiring a majority stake in one of the largest independent temporary staffing and recruitment service providers in Switzerland and expanding its market position. As part of a succession solution, Groupe CRIT is acquiring a majority stake in OK Job SA. The founder, Bernard Houche, will remain a minority shareholder and continue to act as CEO. The transaction strengthens Groupe CRIT's market position in the Swiss temporary staffing and recruitment market. This is in line with Groupe CRIT's growth strategy in Europe.
