Clearwater’s Debt Advisory team has advised Waterland Private Equity (Waterland) on raising finance to support the acquisition of direkt gruppe GmbH, Binary GmbH and Beck et al. GmbH, which will be merged into a leading IT service provider in the private and public cloud services sector. The financing was comprised of a unitranche facility, a committed acquisition line and will be complemented by a bilateral RCF.
Combining three complementary companies operating in the German cloud sector, the Group will become a unique and integrated provider of one-stop-shop cloud service solutions. Based on its nationwide coverage, the Group offers highly customized solutions to companies with limited in-house IT resources.
