In the residential sector, where Domutech provides expert property inspection and energy performance certification services integrated with digital solutions for property transactions. In the commercial sector, Domutech offers energy performance certification services, digital solutions, and consulting and advisory services for property transactions and portfolio management.
Since its inception, Domutech has focused on innovating the market by developing disruptive digital solutions that help property owners to understand better property inspections, energy spending and how to optimise it. The company has more than 180 employees and locations in Copenhagen, Odense, and Aarhus, achieving an impressive market share of 25 % within house inspections and 21 % within energy certifications for private homes.
TÜV SÜD, based in Germany, is one of the leading global providers of Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC). In recent years, TÜV SÜD has continuously expanded its services for sustainable buildings, including the strategic acquisition of the US-based Sustainable Investment Group (SIG) and Green Building Education Systems (GBES) in May 2024.
With the acquisition of Domutech, TÜV SÜD will establish a strong platform in the Nordics and strengthen its global position within sustainable building, while Domutech gains the opportunity to expand its services within building life cycle services to the Nordic market.
