After an extended internship during my last semester of studies, I joined Clearwater International as an Analyst in August 2021, based in the Stockholm office. During my time at Clearwater, I have had the pleasure of contributing to several transactions in different industries, such as the consumer and the food and beverage industry. Prior to joining Clearwater International, I worked in legal departments in the financial sector during my studies. I have a BSc in Business & Economics, with a specialisation in Accounting and Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics, as well as an LL.M. from Stockholm University.

I've been working in M&A since I joined Clearwater in 2013. I'm proud that together with my team members at Clearwater, we have built one of the most successful M&A practices in Denmark. Our success is built on thinking outside the box, combined with hard work, and always putting the customer's needs first. I advise Danish and international clients in M&A, primarily focusing on the industrial sector.

I joined Clearwater International during the autumn of 2022 as an Analyst based in the Stockholm office. Prior to joining Clearwater, I worked as an Analyst at Profura fastigheter, working in potential investments. I hold a Master of Science in Business and Economics from the Jönköping International Business School, with a specialism in Accounting.

I have been with Clearwater since 2016 and I am responsible for the Industrials & Chemicals sector. I follow market developments with passion and the complexity of this sector fascinates me with every new project. Due to my international background, I bring different perspectives to a transaction and it brings me great joy to accompany highly diverse projects and to expand my horizons. New perspectives fascinate me not only in a professional context but also in my hobby of photography.

Carole Merbouh

I joined Clearwater as an Assistant in February 2022, having previously worked for the L'Oréal Paris group for almost three years. At Clearwater, I support the collaborators to facilitate and optimise the administrative management of their activity. I chose to join the company for its international environment, corporate culture and team dynamics. I enjoy working with the teams on a variety of projects, as this makes my role more interesting and meaningful. I have a master’s in Management and Business Strategy.

Alex Crocker

I joined Clearwater in 2022 as part of the graduate scheme, just after completing my degree in Economics International Finance & Banking. I am now in an Associate role, working across a range of transactions supporting both private equity and owner-managed businesses through the M&A process. Outside of work, I am a keen rugby player and, while at university, I played professional rugby for four years for Nottingham Rugby. I am currently playing with Richmond RFC in National 1.
