In M&A, I focus on due diligence support services, with the development and implementation of well-balanced restructuring concepts as my main focus in restructuring. 

After studying business administration, I gained many years of practical experience in various CFO and controller assignments, primarily with medium-sized companies. Since 2002, I have been working in corporate finance advisory services.
