As a Partner at Clearwater in Switzerland, my focus is on family-owned companies and listed mid-caps. I have spent almost my entire career in corporate finance and M&A, I co-founded the corporate finance and M&A division of Helbling Group, Switzerland’s largest independent engineering and business consultancy firm. Then co-founded Zetra International AG, a corporate finance boutique, which over time developed into one of the leading mid-market M&A firms in Switzerland. For many years, I also co-chaired Global M&A Partners, a global partnership of independent corporate finance advisory firms.

I graduated from the University of St. Gallen with a master’s degree in Finance and Accounting and have an MBA from INSEAD.

I am a long-distance swimmer with a passion for Africa.
