Clearwater has advised the management of Alderan, a real estate asset management company, on the structuring of an MBO which enabled it to hold a majority stake in Alderan alongside Energipole, the historical shareholder that remains a reference shareholder in the company.
Established in 2015, Alderan is particularly active in the logistics and business premises segments. Since its creation, the company has showcased excellent performances in vehicles under management and fundraising, which are the result of its in-depth knowledge of the underlying markets and the ability of its management team to source quality transactions.
This management takeover commits Alderan to accelerate its development, which will allow it to broaden its product range and investment solutions, create new partnerships, and open complementary distribution channels.
