I have worked in M&A for over 20 years. Twelve years ago, together with my colleague Tomas, I founded Clearwater Sweden with the ambition to become Sweden's leading M&A adviser. From our humble beginnings as a small company with just four employees, we have grown to become the dominant sell-side adviser in the Swedish market. Even as we've grown, we still see ourselves as underdogs, which keeps us on our toes and requires us to work twice as hard. I love my job and am passionate about listening, understanding, and tailoring solutions to my clients' unique situations. Over the years, I've had the pleasure of working in many sectors, often with privately owned companies, which has given me lifelong friends.
