Clearwater has advised Pacura group, consisting of Pacura med GmbH and Pacura doc GmbH (Pacura), a healthcare temporary employment agency, on raising finance to support a reorganisation of its ownership structure.
Founded in 2018 by Alexander Gusev and Jan-Philipp Waffenschmidt, Pacura, provides temporary workers to healthcare institutions such as hospitals, university clinics and nursing homes in Germany. Pacura focusses on full- or part-time contracts and long-term project assignments. Pacura currently employs approximately 900 external staff including nurses, medical-technical assistants, midwives, educators and doctors and approximately 100 internal staff within recruitment, sales and administration.
