I joined Clearwater in Switzerland as a Partner in 2023, with experience of more than 10 years in international M&A, capital markets, and financing transactions. From 2017 to 2022, I worked at UBS and was responsible for the execution of complex M&A, private placements, equity, and debt capital markets transactions. Prior to that, I was part of Lazard Zurich, executing mid-market buy and sell-side M&A transactions, as well as Credit Suisse’s equity capital markets division, executing IPOs and other capital markets transactions in Switzerland. 

Throughout my entire career, it was my primary objective to serve my clients with uncompromised professionalism, great enthusiasm, and daily commitment, to be able to give the best advice in every situation.

I graduated from the University of St. Gallen with a master’s degree in Banking and Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
