The Clearwater team has advised Meier Capital on the sale of Barcol-Air, a leading supplier of radiant ceiling systems, to Latour, a mixed investment company.
Barcol-Air was founded in 1979 and has 90 employees, with the head office in Schwerzenbach, Switzerland, and production located in St. Leon-Rot, Germany. With the acquisition of Barcol-Air Swegon is further strengthening its already strong position within radiant ceilings with the existing Zent-Frenger business. The acquisition lifts Swegon from being a strong player in Germany to a Pan-European leader of radiant ceiling solutions.
